Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances,
including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
Fresh flowers & seasonal availability
Flowers are a natural and seasonal product, so the flowers received may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website. Where a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payment through the methods available at checkout.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes,
but we cannot guarantee amendments once your order has entered the preparation or delivery process.
Delivery
We offer local delivery within our designated delivery area. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Returns & refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are limited.
If your flowers arrive damaged, defective, or do not meet the expected standard,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the arrangement.

Product care
Fresh flowers require proper care to maximise their lifespan.
Care instructions are provided where appropriate,
and we recommend following these instructions upon receipt of your flowers.
Limitation of liability
While we take every care in preparing and delivering your order,
Shires Florist shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, traffic disruption, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
